Skin Cancer Treatment

Classically, the most practiced formof treatment for any skin cancer is the surgical removal or destruction of the cancerous lesion. Our providers are skilled in cutaneous oncologic excision and repair and take pride in their high standard for patient outcomes.

We apply a topical photosensitizing agent which is activated by “blue-light”. This treatment modality targets premalignant skin lesions and some superficial skin cancers. Photodynamic Therapy can be an effective approach for treating large areas of sun damage or as part of a skin cancer prevention plan.

We offer the most up-to-date Superficial Radiotherapy Platform: delivering precise, calibrated doses of SRT, while also offering high-frequency ultrasound for imaging and monitoring. The SRT-100 Vision allows for basal and squamous cell carcinomas, as well as keloid tissue, to be assessed, measured, and precisely targeted. This improved platform allows us to monitor therapeutic response to confidently provide the most effective treatment for our patients.
